Palladium‐catalyzed difluoromethylation and difluoroalkylation reactions: An overview

Abstract: Broad functional group compatibility and gentle reaction conditions are the advantages of the majority of the palladium‐catalyzed reactions. Fascinating pharmacokinetic properties are possessed by the difluoromethyl group that is isopolar and isosteric to hydroxyl group.
