Palliation of malignant dysphagia with self expandable esophageal stents

Abstract: Bu makalede malign disfajili hastalardan oluşan ardışık bir seride, kendiliğinden genişleyebilen metalik ve plastik stentlerle ilgili deneyimlerimiz sunuldu. Ça lış ma pla nı: Mayıs 2009-Ağustos 2012 tarihleri arasında Erzurum Bölge Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi Göğüs Cerrahisi Kliniği'nde malign özofageal darlığı olan ve özofageal stent takılan 43 hasta (29 erkek, 14 kadın; ort. yaş 65.4 yıl; dağılım 39-87 yıl) çalışmaya alındı.
