PALS: Efficient Or-Parallel execution of Prolog on Beowulf clusters

Abstract: This paper describes the development of the PALS system, an implementation of Prolog capable of efficiently exploiting or-parallelism on distributed-memory platformsspecifically Beowulf clusters.
