Abstract:BACKGROUND: S-Phase Kinase-Associated Protein 2 (SKP2) is essential in modulating metabolism processes, cell proliferation, and carcinogenesis DUE to its capacity to ubiquitinate and degrade various tumor-suppressive substrates.
