Pancreatic cystic neoplasms – 10 year experience

Abstract: postoperative mortality due to pulmonary embolism. Rest of the patients had an uneventful post op recovery. Conclusion: Pancreatic cystic neoplasms are more common in female patients, they present most commonly with epigastric pain. Possibility of malignancy should be considered, especially for mucinous cystic neoplasms. They should be resected for relief of symptoms and the treatment of cancer.
