Pancreatic Sphincter Hypertension Increases the Risk of Post-ERCP Pancreatitis

Abstract: Pancreatic sphincter hypertension greatly increases the risk of post-ERCP pancreatitis in patients undergoing treatment or evaluation, or both, for sphincter of Oddi dysfunction.
