Abstract: Performing a pancreaticoduodenectomy (PD) in patients having undergone a Roux-en-Y gastric bypass (RNYGB) poses a significant surgical challenge. We present a patient with a history of RNYGB and endoscopic ultrasound-directed transgastric ERCP (EDGE) procedure who underwent a successful PD.
