Abstract:Pancreaticoureteric Fistula (PUF) is a very rare complication secondary to penetrating abdominal trauma involving the ureter and pancreatic parenchyma. Pancreatic injuries carry high morbidity due to the involvement of surrounding structures and are difficult to diagnose due to their retroperitoneal location.
