Abstract: In order to detect and treat lesions in the bladder, for clinical examinations the bladder wall is visually inspected in the form of rigid or flexible cystoscopies. Using methods of digital image processing, cystoscopic image sequences can be converted in real-time into so-called "panoramic images" or "mosaics", which can be used to document the process as well the completeness of such an examination.
