“…Papillary cystademona refers to the double-layer epithelium with papillary bumps inside the cystoma, whereas lymphomatosum pertains to the lymphal tissues surrounding and supporting the tumor. Warthin became the first to substantiate this tumor, which has been widely known as Warthin's tumor -a designation that is easy to use -since then 2 . This type of tumor is the second most common after pleomorphic adenoma among other benign tumors found in the salivary glands.…”
