Papulosis fibrosa blanca del cuello

Mujer de 86 años, soltera, residente en Medellín, Colombia. Tiene antecedentes de hipertensión arterial y síndrome de Sjögren. Consultó por brote en el cuello de tiempo desconocido, asociado a prurito generalizado asociado a xerosis. No había recibido tratamientos previamente. Al examen físico se observaron múltiples pápulas dérmicas pequeñas (5-6 mm de diámetro), blanco-amarillentas, ubicadas en las caras laterales y posterior del cuello.
