Abstract:A 49-year-old woman presented with dyspnea and palpitations, leading to Functional Class III.An echocardiogram showed a heterogeneous mass adhered to the right heart cavities. This was confirmed by NMR. A large right coronary artery was occluded in relation to the tumor, which was hyper vascularized. Resection of the tumor was performed; the right ventricular wall was sutured, and an atrial defect was closed using pericardial tissue.
