Abstract:INTRODUCTION: Preeclampsia (PE) is a multisystem pathological condition occurring after 20 weeks of pregnancy. According to some scientists, the pathogenetic mechanisms of PE are based on the abnormal response of the mothers immune system to factors of placental origin.
