Parameters Optimization of γ-Ti-46.6Al-1.4Mn-2Mo Alloy by Hot-Pressing Sintering and its Microstructures

Abstract: In order to obtain the maximum relative density of γ-Ti-46.6Al-1.4Mn-2Mo alloy, the effects of the sintering temperature, heating preservation time and compacting force prepared by hot pressing were studied using Back Propagation (BP) Neural Network. The process parameters were optimized by Genetic Algorithm (GA) contributed by the use of Matlab.
