Parámetros fisiológicos y metabólicos de la rata de laboratorio (Ratus norvegicus)

Abstract: En este artículo se resumen los principales parámetros fisiológicos, bilógicos y metabólicos de la rata de laboratorio (Rattus norvegicus). Comenzamos con una relación de tiempo en meses de la rata vs tiempo en años en el ser humano, haciendo una comparación de las etapas de la vida de ambas especies; luego, se muestra valores biológicos, tales como frecuencia respiratoria, recuencia cardiaca, presión arterial, etc. También, se incluyen índices relacionado a la reproducción del animal y una breve lista de los … Show more
