Paraneoplastic cerebellar degeneration with bilateral facial palsy: a rare primary presentation of breast cancer

Abstract: Paraneoplastic cerebellar degeneration is a rare dysfunction of the cerebellum associated with malignancy. Nevertheless, it is the most common paraneoplastic syndrome affecting the brain.
