Abstract:Paraneoplastic pemphigus is an autoimmune dermatosis following against the background of neoplasia. It can occur before cancer is diagnosed, during or shortly after treatment, and even during remission of the underlying disease. Typically, paraneoplastic pemphigus only refers to the deposition of IgG.
