Parotid oncocytoma: diagnostic vs surgical dilemma

Abstract: Oncocytomas are rare benign tumors of salivary gland origin, most often seen involving the parotid gland. They should be considered as a possible diagnosis in elderly patients with slow growing, nontender and mobile parotid swelling.
