Abstract: Background/Objectives: Pathogenic variants in the deleted in colorectal cancer gene (DCC), encoding the Netrin-1 receptor, may lead to mirror movements (MMs) associated with agenesis/dysgenesis of the corpus callosum (ACC) and cognitive and/or neuropsychiatric issues.
