Abstract:Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH) is an acquired coombs negative hemolytic anemia, the hallmark of which is chronic intravascular hemolysis, thrombophilia and their sequelae owing to the deficiency of several surface proteins on blood cell membranes.
