Abstract: Resumo A participação dos pais na psicoterapia de crianças é um tema controverso na literatura. Há autores a favor de uma abordagem mais intervencionista em relação aos pais e outros que circunscrevem seu papel à manutenção do tratamento e provimento de informações sobre a criança.
