(1) Background: Health issues in wetland environmental areas, especially the problem of waste in rivers, is still a strategic issue, so it was important to study about river management. Whatever management, it cannot be separated from the leadership aspect, because leadership plays a key role in formulating and implementing strategies policy, including encourage community participation. Thus, community participation becomes an important thing in integrated river management to create a sustainable Healthy City. One element that is part of the community participation is the river guard. This research was aimed to analyze the leadership model for the participation of river guard in the river waste management system in Banjarmasin City; (2) Methods: The research design used mixed methods research (qualitative and quantitative research methods). The research subjects were 30 river guards and other informants who involved of river waste management in Banjarmasin City; (3) Results: The research results showed that the majority of river guards had good participation, and only a few of river guards had sufficient participation. Furhermore, it was found that the Laissez Faire leadership model or style tends to influence the participation of river guards in the river waste management system in Banjarmasin City; (4) Conclusions: The laissez faire leadership style does not always mean negative, but of course there are positive things or effects, when a leader is able to transform it. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kelimpahan ikan sidat di Perairan Pantai Malunda, Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Penangkapan larva sidat dilakukan di Perairan Pantai Malunda Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Alat tangkap berupa seser (hand scoop net) dengan ukuran mata jaring 1 mm digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel. Kegiatan sampling dilakukan sebulan sekali pada malam hari setiap bulan gelap. Sampel dari hasil tangkapan dimasukkan dalam ember yang berisi air sungai yang dilengkapi dengan aerator, selanjutnya dibawa ke laboratorium terpadu Universitas Sulawesi Barat dalam keadaan hidup untuk diidentifikasi dan pengukuran panjang dan berat. Pengukuran kualitas air meliputi salinitas, pH, suhu, dan TDS dilakukan setiap pengambilan sampel ikan. Metode identifikasi berdasarkan karakter kunci Anal Dorsal Vertebrata (ADV) digunakan dengan menghitung jumlah ruas tulang punggung anodorsal (anodorsal vertebrae) dan panjang anodorsal. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa larva sidat yang ditemukan baik di Perairan Pantai Malunda terdiri dari satu jenis yaitu Anguilla marmorata. Anguilla marmorata yang diperoleh memiliki jumlah ruas tulang anodorsal berkisar antara 14- 18. Kelimpahan ikan sidat tertinggi pada diperoleh pada Bulan Agustus. Kondisi perairan di Perairan Pantai Malunda masih tergolong baik bagi ikan sidat untuk hidup dan berkembang secara optimal.

This research aims to study the phenomenology of communication behavior of football supporters in giving support in Brebes Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. This research was also conducted using qualitative approach with phenomenology and ethnography design with critical ethnography type research. The sources of data were collected by research informants using Purposive Sampling and Snowball technique. Data collection technique was conducted by observation, interview, and documental study, data analysis was conducted inductively using interactive cycle by M iles and Huberman. The results show that the phenomenology of communication behavior of football supporters was influenced by identity, attributes, and action, as the forms of delivering messages with lan guage and certain symbols. The messages proposed to football team which they supported and parties of their favourite football team. A verbal and non-verbal support for their favourite team that was given when it had a match in or outside the field was their way to communicate. Their messages were expected to be delivered and received by the team or other parties, so that there was a feedback for the messages.
