Partisipasi Pelaku Usaha Kecil Dalam Pekerjaan Konstruksi Pemerintah Di Kementerian Keuangan

Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji perbedaan rata-rata jumlah peserta tender pekerjaan konstruksi bagi kualifikasi usaha kecil pada periode sebelum dan sesudah pemberlakuan Perpres 12 Tahun 2021. Untuk memastikan persaingan di pasar berjalan sesuai dengan tujuannya, pihak-pihak tertentu perlu melakukan intervensi dengan menetapkan aturan kompetisi.
