Passages of psychologists: Career stages of internship directors.

Abstract: Ninety predoctoral internship training directors responded to a survey designed to assess their career stages. Five stages were identified -entry, identity, doubt, reimmersion, and exit -and accompanying content and time frames for each stage are provided.
