Passivity‐based control for large‐signal stability of high‐order switching converters

Abstract: This article presents a new passivity-based control law that stabilizes the output voltage of a high-order DC-DC converter. Such nonlinear control law assures robust large-signal stability, provides zero steady-state error despite uncertainty in converter parameters and has enough degree of freedom to satisfy the usual transient specifications of DC-DC converters.
