Patella Fracture Fixation Via Wide Awake Local Anesthesia No Tourniquet (Walant) Technique

Abstract: Introduction: Fractures of the patella constitute an estimated 1% of all acute orthopaedic fractures. The fracture fixation is usually performed under general or spinal anesthesia with tourniquet use.
