Patellofemoral Friction Syndrome

Abstract: OBJECTIVE To investigate whether patellofemoral T2 cartilage changes are associated with lateral patellofemoral friction syndrome (PFS), as indicated by edema-like signal within the superolateral infrapatellar (Hoffa) fat pad.
