Abstract: Exposure to nutritional or environmental factors in early life determines susceptibility to nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). The effect of paternal preconceptional n‐3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (n‐3 PUFAs) on offspring NAFLD development remains unknown.
