Abstract: Joubert syndrome (JS) is a genetically heterogeneous neurodevelopmental ciliopathy. Despite exome sequencing (ES), several patients remain undiagnosed. This study aims to increase the diagnostic yield by uncovering cryptic variants through targeted ES reanalysis.
