Abstract:ImportanceThe pathogenesis of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) may involve altered dendritic morphology, but in vivo imaging of neurite morphology in OCD remains limited. Such changes must be interpreted functionally within the context of the multimodal neuroimaging approach to OCD.ObjectiveTo examine whether dendritic morphology is altered in patients with OCD compared with healthy controls (HCs) and whether such alterations are associated with other brain structural metrics in pathological networks.Design… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
