“…Besides to theoretical, skills and clinical practice, we also added communication, professional quality and career planning in clinical path to help new nurses grown up.The OSCE with clinical case design is closed to the whole process of patients' hospitalisation, making new nurses more familiar with the clinical work scene, achieving the purpose of stimulating the interest in learning, cultivating the clinical thinking and improving the clinical nursing ability.
