My critique lies primarily in the conceptualization of what Shandley et al (1) note as modifiable physician characteristics, and this is where the study falls short in being able to report meaningful data. I would like to commend Shandley et al (1) on presenting important data, as there has been very limited research into this topic conducted in the United States. The article represents a good first step in identifying modifiable factors associated with a positive patient experience (PPE) at US fertility clinics.…”
