Patient positioning during percutaneous nephrolithotomy: what is the current best practice?

Abstract: Percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) is the gold standard procedure for treatment of large stones and complex kidney disorders, but its morbidity remains the highest among stone treatment procedures.
