Patient satisfaction with anaesthesia services and associated factors at the University of Gondar Hospital, 2013: a cross-sectional study

Abstract: BackgroundPatient satisfaction is the degree of fulfilling patients’ anticipation which is an important component and quality indicator in anaesthesia service.
