Patient With Very High Opioid Tolerance Enrolled in Opioid Agonist Treatment: A Case Report

Abstract: Background: Fentanyl and fentanyl analogs have invaded the streetsourced opioid market in North America which has resulted in an unprecedented number of unintentional opioid overdoses.
