Pattern transfer during deposition and fixation of oligomeric bisphenol A on pre-structured copper surfaces

Abstract: Pattern transfer during deposition of oligomeric bisphenol A (OBA) on pre-structured Cu surfaces is investigated by means of a combined experimental-computational approach.
