Pavement Maintenance Program at the Network Level: Mixed-Integer Programming with Multiple Objectives

Abstract: Pavement network conditions deteriorate over the years of use. To keep pavement conditions at acceptable levels, highway agencies plan pavement maintenance and rehabilitation (M&R) programs and perform accordingly.
