PC software-based portable cyclic voltammetry system with PB-MCNT-GNPs-modified electrodes for E. coli detection

Abstract: PC software-based portable cyclic voltammetry (PCV) systems have the advantages of portability, high performance, and real-time detection. In this paper, the PCV system used cyclic voltammetry (CV) as the main detection and analysis method and contained the following components: a three-electrode unit, a portable potentiostat, and PC software. The PC software was used as the system control and display, and a dynamic peak position adjustment (DPPA) algorithm for E. coli measurements based on thick biofilm modif… Show more

“…The main function of SLU is to analyze sentences' input by users, extract semantic information, and obtain semantic representation. For the whole SDS, the key parts are SLU and dialogue management part [ 28 ]. Research shows that deep learning can extract high-level features from shallow features because of its special hierarchical structure.…”

“…The electrochemical detection reads the current signal generated by the redox reaction of the analyte on the electrode to obtain the concentration of the analyte [51,119]. As one of the most important methods in electroanalytical chemistry, cyclic voltammetry (CV) is often applied in electrochemical current detections [46,[120][121][122][123][124][125][126][127][128][129][130][131]. For example, the electrochemical sensing strategy reported by Sheng et al for H 2 O 2 concentration measurement followed this basic principle [126], of which the working electrode was modified with Ni-doped Ag@C (Ni/Ag@C) nanocomposites (Figure 4A).…”

“…Further, the standard spiking methodology confirmed the applicability of the designed system in a complicated matrix through paired sample t -test yielding p > 0.05. Similar advancements in detecting and monitoring E. coli onsite has been devised using a Prussian blue suspended multiwall carbon nanotube embedded with a gold nanoparticle [ 47 ] system used for modifying the electrode and generate the cyclic voltamograms. Interestingly, the study adopts portable PC software that transmits data with commands via Bluetooth, performs operations on real time data through charting cyclic voltamograms, and references curves with an excellent linearity.…”
