Abstract:Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is one of the most common endocrinopathy affecting women. It has an unknown etiology and is recognized as a heterogeneous disorder that results in overproduction of androgens, primarily from the ovary, and is associated with insulin resistance (IR).
