Abstract:Epithelial neoplasms of the thymus is a relatively rare malignancy. In this report, we present a case of thymic carcinoma of a 68-yearold man with hepatic metastasis, which with the severe hypokalemia, hypoproteinemia, and fatigue of concomitant symptom.
