PDF Versus Pid Controller for Active Vehicle Suspension

Abstract: The main objective of this work is to investigate the dynamic performance of vehicle active suspension systems. A design for quarter vehicle equipped with active suspension system is presented. The dynamic behavior of the system evaluated by developing a mathematical model for the controlled system and developing a computer simulation program.
