PDX Finder: A Portal for Patient-Derived tumor Xenograft Model Discovery

Abstract: Patient-derived tumor xenograft (PDX) mouse models are a versatile oncology research platform for studying tumor biology and for testing chemotherapeutic approaches tailored to genomic characteristics of individual patient's tumors.
