Peculiarities of clinical course and complex therapy of peritonitis after infected abortions

Abstract: Infected abortions remain the main source of septic complications. Most authors point out the sterile course of peritonitis in gynecological patients and the difficulty of its diagnosis, which confirms the relevance of the issue under study.1132 women with infected abortions were under observation, 26 of them (2.3%) were diagnosed with peritonitis.
