Peculiarities of the Spatial Power Spectrum of Scattered Electromagnetic Waves in the Turbulent Collision Magnetized Plasma

Abstract: General dispersion equation is obtained at arbitrary inclination angles of the external magnetic field and wave vector of an incident EM wave.
