Pedagoji̇k Formasyon Serti̇fi̇ka Programinin Değerlendi̇ri̇lmesi̇

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı, pedagojik formasyon sertifika programının niteliği ve programda karşılaşılan sorunlar hakkında öğrenci ve sorumlu öğretim üyelerinin görüşlerinin ve olası politika önerilerinin belirlenmesidir. Araştırma karma desendedir. Araştırmanın nicel katılımcı grubunu pedagojik formasyon eğitimi alan 189 kişi oluşturmaktadır. Nitel boyutunda ise, katılımcı grubu 5 pedagojik formasyon öğrencisi ve pedagojik formasyon sertifika programında eğitim veren 3 öğretim üyesinden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmanın nicel boyutu kapsamında Adıgüzel (2015) tarafından geliştirilen "Pedagojik Formasyon Programı Değerlendirme Ölçeği" kullanılmıştır. Nitel verilerin toplanmasında araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formları kullanılmıştır. Nicel analizlerde betimsel analizler ve bağımsız örneklem t-testi yapılmıştır. Nitel verilerin analizi için ise içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında elde edilen nicel bulgulara göre katılımcıların programın öğrenme-öğretme boyutunda en düşük ortalamaya sahip oldukları tespit edilmiştir. Görüşmeler sonucunda elde edilen nitel bulgularda da daha çok öğrenme-öğretme süreçlerinde olumsuzlukların bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir.
