Abstract:Combined immunodeficiency due to CD70 deficiency is characterized by increased susceptibility to infections, hypogammaglobulinemia, and malignancy. These patients typically present with chronic Epstein Barr virus (EBV) viremia, severe EBV-related hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis, lymphoproliferation, and Hodgkin and non-Hodgkin lymphomas.
