Pegylated bovine carboxyhaemoglobin utilisation in a thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura patient

Abstract: We report the first case of TTP in a Jehovah's Witness that was successfully managed with the use of pegylated bovine carboxyhaemoglobin as an adjunct medication.
