Abstrak: Potensi hasil kehutanan yang dipadukan dengan hasil pertanian di wilayah Kecamatan Manding Laok Kabupaten Sumenep menjadi peluang usaha Kelompok Tani Hutan (KTH) Baru Muncul di bidang pengolahan hasil yaitu madu dan rimpang. KTH Baru Muncul berdiri sejak tahun 2021 dan mulai berproduksi sejak tahun 2020, produk olahannya berupa minuman tradisional cair pokak madu. Masa simpan yang relatif singkat menjadi keinginan mitra untuk berinovasi menghasilkan produk minuman tradisional pokak madu instan dalam bentuk serbuk. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra yaitu keterampilan pengolahan dan peralatan produksi. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan metode pelatihan dan pendampingan, terdiri dari pelatihan pengolahan minuman serbuk instan, desain alat pendampingan pengoperasian alat pembuat serbuk , tujuannya untuk meningkatkan keterampilan penerapan teknologi pengolahan mitra dan terciptanya alat produksi. Hasil kegiatan berupa peningkatan keterampilan pengolahan membuat serbuk minuman instan sebesar 87,5% berdasarkan prestest posttest materi yang diberikan kepada peserta pelatihan serta observasi langsung pembuatan serbuk minuman instan. Hasil kegiatan lainnya berupa penambahan alat produksi pembuat serbuk dengan daya rendah, spesifikasi 130x100x65 cm, diameter wajan 60 cm, manghasilkan rendemen serbuk sebesar 78%.Abstract: The potential for forestry products combined with agricultural products in the Manding Laok District, Sumenep Regency,is a business opportunity for the New Emerging Forest Farmers Groups in the field of processing products, namely honey and rhizomes. In production since 2020, the processed product is the traditional liquid drink Pokak Honey. The relatively short shelf life is the partner’s desire to innovate to produce the traditional drink product Pokak instant honey in powder form. The problems faced by partners are processing skills and production equipment. Service activities are carried out using training and mentoring methods, consisting of training on processing instant powdered drinks, equipment design and assistance in operating powder making equipment, the aim is to improve skills in applying partnerprocessing technology and creating production equipment. The results of the activity were an increase in processing skills for making instant drink powder by 85% based on the pretest posttest of the material given to training participants as well as direct observation of making instant drink powder. The results of the other activities include the addition of low power powder making production equipment, specification equipment 130x100x65 cm, pan diameter 60 cm, resulting in a powder yield of 78%.
