The Raudhatun Nasyi'in Islamic Boarding School in Banjarbaru City, South Kalimantan, has a growing number of students every year, so managers are required to improve school development, especially administrative management that is neat, structured and good reporting. This Islamic boarding school still really needs assistance in file management, in order to create work efficiency and effectiveness. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide file management training in an effort to improve administrative orders. The implementation method uses lecture, practice, and discussion methods, with the target of this community service being the Islamic Boarding School administrators. The administrative process carried out is very closely related to document flexibility, starting from working on reports, student service documents, planning, supervising, controlling, organizing, and other activity documents. Utilization of the Google Drive application is one of the best alternatives in solving problems and guarantees the security of Islamic boarding school data and can be accessed easily. Based on the evaluation results, this PKM activity has a very good satisfaction score, 82% of activity participants stated that they were very satisfied with this activity.Abstrak: Pondok Pesantren Raudhatun Nasyi'in di Kota Banjarbaru Kalimantan Selatan memiliki jumlah santri yang terus bertambah tiap tahun, maka para pengelola dituntut meningkatkan pengembangan sekolah, terutama pengelolaan administrasi yang rapi, terstruktur serta laporan yang baik. Pondok pesantren ini masih sangat memerlukan pendampingan dalam pengelolaan file, demi terciptanya efisiensi dan efektivitas kerja. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan manajemen file dalam upaya peningkatan tertib administrasi. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan metode ceramah, praktik, serta diskusi, dengan target pengabdian masyarakat ini ialah para pengurus Ponpes. Proses administrasi yang dilakukan sangat erat kaitannya dengan flexibilitas dokumen, mulai dari pengerjaan laporan, dokumen pelayanan santri, perencanaan, pengawasan, pengendalian, pengorganisasian, maupun dokumen kegiatan lainya. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, kegiatan PKM ini memiliki nilai kepuasan sangat baik, sebesar 82% peserta kegiatan menyatakan sangat puas dengan adanya kegiatan ini, sisanya 18% peserta menyatakan puas dan mengharapkan diadakan kembali dengan materi lainnya. Pelatihan yang sudah dilaksanakan berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan pengurus ponpes dalam mengelola berkas administrasi serta laporan kegiatan ponpes.
