Pelvic floor function after third and fourth degree perineal lacerations: a case-control study on quality of life

Abstract: Background the primary aim of this study was to compare the quality of life between women with obstetric anal sphincter injury (OASI) and women with intact perineum or minor vaginal tears following their first vaginal birth through a validated urogynaecological questionnaire.
